yeah it's actually the uke but bcs the uke wasn't actually an omega but a beta(so far the the story tells tht is) they swapped the names so tht the doctor's? son will marry the Prince making the doctor richer.

Can someone explain the plot so far? I know the uke is like an experimental omega who is there to seduce the seme? but isn’t the seme already engaged to someone else? Or is it the uke he is promised to?
