I don't know this but I think its timeless melody but the one that died is a singer while the other one is retired I guess and now living in a house with his niece

So theres this bl manga that I found but I forgot about it and the tittle, and my dumbass didn't ss it or add it to my want-to-read list. SO basically they were lovers, I think the other guy was a doctor, but the thing I remembered was that at the very last chapter the uke (I think) just died, but it was like a timeskip and the other guy was old now and was visiting his dead partner. So, yeah- please If you know the tittle tell meee(〜￣△￣)〜
