hmmm I'm actually kinda confused about this too but from what I understand,, this is an official anthology. in the sense that this is a collection of fanmade manga that has been authorized by mihoyo so it's count as an official content (but not exactly canon)

its anthology it wasnt made by mihoyo but it was approved by mihoyo

It is officially licensed by mihoyo but non of the content is exactly canon
