I recall someone making a comment here that she does. I'm not surprised, since a story told from a bird MC throughout its entirety doesn't sound like a good idea, especially since this is tagged romance.
If you decide to dig into the comments here I'm sure you'd find someone mentioning it.

She will be a human again, both the falcon & her real body are connected. If im not wrong, when one is unconscious, the other wakes up, thats the kind of link they have. At the very end of the novel, the falcon died and she cant change again

The reason why she can turn into a falcon is because of her blood, remember the goddess in the story.
