well basically he isn’t he just didn’t wanna become a vampire and live with kakia for the rest of his life he wanted to die of old age or of the sort but he doesn’t die in the manga^^^

Ino wants to live a full life of a normal person (WW grow old and die like humand) and not stay immortal forever. He wants to die so he can be reuinted with the rest of his family...

But he isn't terminally ill or suicidal or anything. He isn't dying in the story (at least that we know off).
