He will not kill the emperor so hold your horses. Instead he will make him drink a substance that charlize once drank in order to become immortal and not die. He knew that once Charlize's thirst for revenge is cleared, she will have no more reason to live, so Dylan made the emperor immortal and chained him to torture him to the point that he wished he was dead. Yeps, Dylan did that for Charlize. Charlize realized that the word "Tyrant" is nothing compared to what Dylan has become.
