I wouldnt say super familiar but the vibes are there and if you enjoyed this manga i believe you'll like them too:
Boy Meets Maria- The MC falls for a girl who turns out to be a boy and still makes moves on him, turns out the boy the MC fell for has a sad secret.
Triangle: About an unrequited love that wasn't so unrequited, mostly due to misunderstandings, but the discovery came at a high toll.
Spring Snow: The MC meets a boy who is living on the school's rooftop, they fall in love, but tragedy strikes.
Kashosa Ura no Natsu: The MC meets a boy who is hanging out on the school's rooftop after a rejection and they grow close, that's when the MC discovers the boy's secret.
Hidamari ga Kikogeru: MC accidentally meets a hoh (hard of hearing) boy and they become friends due to both mutually benefiting each other, the story is really deep and while focusing in the main charcters' relationship with each other is also focuses on the hoh/deaf community and their struggle, lit of self discovery for all the characters involved.
Shimanami Tasogare: The MC meets a group of lgbt+ people by chance and learns more about their individual struggles due to their identities and more about himself, as a reader you lean a lot too.
