I know right. The butlers were asked to take care of the Earl, not to be the hidden ruler that hides behind the Earl. The maids are also fustrating, like, if she doesn't want you to touch her stuff, then don't. The maids were also the one who got her in trouble, so they should take some responsibility and not ignore her, don't even call her your friend if you only care for yourself.
