okay so i am throwing another guess out here, what if instead of Kisaki Tetta, its Mikey who is the other time leaper? Because he was the only one who noticed that Takemichi knew that Draken would die and the others only found out because they were told.. And whats also weird is how Kisaki Tetta seemed to know about time leapers, and he knew that Takemichi thought he was one, and was going to reveal something before he died, i dont think someone like Kisaki Tetta would react like that about the ability to time leap if he just found out about it I feel like the end for Takemichhi and Mikey is like a yin and yang, completely opposite, but yet the same. Mikey is strong physically but mentally weak, Takemicchi is weak physically but strong mentally, they both had dreams to become Japans number 1 delinquent, they both ended up unhappy in their futures. To the both of them, Toman is a place where they can belong, so what does that mean for Mikey to dissolve Toman? If Mikey truly is a time leaper, then he knew all that happened and will happen yet still chose that path, over and over and over again. And honestly its sad that someone is so depressed and feel so alone in the world that they see no other way but to go the wrong path again and again. And now someone just like his brother has the ability to time leap and can save him and thats Takemichi. This dynamic very very vaguely resembles Code Geass' Lelouch and Suzaku, the same but different, 2 sides of the same coin. Anyway I might be completely wrong lol, just throwing a rock in the lake, seeing if it will make a ripple is all. That and I have no where else I can throw this useless long ass paragraph into. ( ̄∇ ̄")
