There's a 10 year difference between my parents, too, but my issue with it is more that it's a highschooler and an adult rather than the difference exactly. Like, that's a kid and a grownup. If, say, the waiter was 28 and the older one was 42, I wouldn't really have a problem with it 'cos that's two adults, but as it is I feel like it's an adult and a kid--and an immature, rather good-for-nothing adult that isn't taking care of himself or his surroundings, and that's going to make this highschooler do all his work for him, from the looks of it.
Idk, I love the author and the art (as well as the first story) but maybe this one just isn't for me. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Am I the only one kinda put-off by the age difference in the second story? He's an adult man in his early thirties and that waiter kid is the same age as his nephew. The kid is in high school so even if he's 18 (which is doubtful) there has to be at least a 13 year gap...... (  ̄□ ̄||)
