No i wouldn't. A parent has every right to protect their children from the other parent who LITERALLY threatened to kill them to their face whether the parent is male or female. He has not given her any reason to think that he won't harm her children. Even just now when they met again, he threatened to harm them when she said she would kill herself if he didn't let them go!

I agree. I appreciate him trying to make everything work. Till his sincerity is seen by Elan and she decides to forgive him he has to keep it up. Its easy to give up but difficult to keep trying to make it work. As long as he is genuinely trying its worth it.

How is he a serial killer? The only thing we know for sure is that he’s won wars and eliminated the very people who either imprisoned and tortured him like he was lesser than a dog as a child, or supported the people who did that to him. (Which is probably why he killed red head’s parents). And if you’re going to talk about emperors killing people who lie to royalty, that’s actually considered a justifiable offense. So still not a serial killer.
