That's not a valid excuse to kidnap her children and when she says she will kill herself if he doesn't let her go, he threatens harm on the children and even want to imprison her so she can't escape. I'm sorry, but when did we start thinking it was okay for him to kidnap and lock someone up because they had a rough upbringing. Sure I can see why he would be obsessed but that's not a excuse. All of this would have been avoided in the first place if he just straight up told her he knew it was her instead of keeping her in the dark and manipulating her until she finally found up and thought that her and her kids safety was in jeopardy leading her to leave from a toxic situation.

him not knowing how to express his love has nothing to do with the FLs actions, if his way of acting puts her and her kids in danger regardless of what his intent is, it’s common sense that the FL would want to protect herself and her children by getting away from him.
