So what if, in the present, the best friend actually becomes the second male lead? Thinking about it, he's everything Ji Wook thinks the psycho is: level-headed, helpful, not arrogant unlike the other rich guys. It's just that Ji Wook doesn't know him well yet. Maybe in the future Seungeon will ask him to keep an eye on Ji Wook (since they'll be separated) and he'll end up falling in love or something.

No I don't think so its obviously the drug Bitch who's second lead, second doesn't really got to have mutual feelings with one of the main characters just him making seungon jealous and frustrated and the uke hooked(uke thinking he's a good guy ) by him is enough to make him a SL , maybe latte the HOT Friend will have a side story well hopefully cuz he's mad hot and composed have this maturity to him just my type
No it's not enough. A love triangle needs the main character to reciprocate the attraction. The psycho is just an antagonist.
