Ask her to comment on story, then use that comment and go straight to her account.
you can write her mangago username on google search, it will pop up eventually. i've done this before
I suggest ask her to send link of her account of mangago it will automatically lead u to her .
like the others said, get her to send her acc link and for messages once you see her acc, beside the follow button theres a message button. every time she messages you back, you should be able to see a small red notification on the mailbox next to you notifications bell
