Agreed! I really empathized with her to an extent, it's similar (but not as bad) to when I moved away from my family to study alone in the city. She is really fortunate to meet so many good-hearted strangers, despite getting scammed and tricked. I doubt I have the mental fortitude to even try to survive when I have zero clue on what to do...
i completely agree, it's unlikely she'd adjust so fast, and they did a good job to not make her completely clueless and stupid how some may do where the mc runs around everywhere in an unfamiliar environment like they won't be suspicious. like she is presented rn, she would seem more of a secretive kinda clueless girl, but not to the point where it's suspicious
Did you read the ch where she fired the gun for the 1st time? She fell down immediately after the shot, means she can't handle the guns yet. In that situation, she probably aimed the gun thinkng it would scare the thugs away but she didn't knows that gun isn't created yet so they thought it was some weird tools and that makes her too scared to think rationally
she probably just fell cause she was surprised, gun recoil wont just knock an entire human over...
and considering she heard them talking about selling her off, it'd definitely be worth a shot (pun not intended), like what would the alternative be if nobody came to her rescue? idk about you but i doubt most people would just roll over and accept their fate...
True, she was raised in a peaceful life and still lives with her parents meaning she doesn't have much in life experience cause lets face it her mom probably helped with everything and she never got to learn or experience things on her own until now. Me being an adult who has had many different jobs and lived in on my own get frustrated periodically because in the early stages even after her first betrayal she is way too naïve, but then judging from her own life experience she was very sheltered...and many of us are probably already jaded adults so we know more on how to survive on our own than she does at the beginning...it is frustrating but she got to gain experience by being and idiot and get effed over several times...hindsight is always 20/20. But yeah you would thing she would have brought a note book or something to help her figure out costs and pricing of things to avoid being cheated...apparently she never went to bargain shops or other things as it looks like her parents are well off so she was a sheltered innocent of life skills girl. Had a few Asian college roommates who legit had never cooked for themselves and didn't know water was needed to cook ramen so at our MC had that going for her and is not completely zeroed out on life skills. Though getting though the first bit was painful...we all needed to grow up and learn at some point she was just later to the game than some of us were.
I think so far this is the most realistic character I've ever met in manhwa. Ordinary girl got isekai to a world she never know existed, it is likely impossible(even if it's a fiction) if she can immediately adjust of her life atm. Learn to have patience pep
