The best friend 'approached him for her friend', and the relationship 'just sorta happened', and then she expects her friend to be fine with it, doesn't apologize or confront her friend when she sees her cry, and then tackles her friend's boyfriend later because she thinks her friend can't make adult decisions. WoOow. Great best friend we have here. AT LEAST give a genuine apology and communicate instead of sobbing bc you 'care so much about your friend,' and then its all fine bc she's moved on.
