ML has trauma I believe. After the drug assault incident on ML and Suha being gone a lot/nearly raped by the red tampon head, it must’ve had a huge effect on ML.
Something changed in ML’s thinking, he got more possessive. Idk but we may get more info in the future, hopefully ML gets therapy.

ML’s trauma consists of his childhood relationships neglect, I believe, and now this as I stated before; drug assault, knowing Suha, his beloved, nearly got raped. He thinks he hurts everyone around him, including Suha; so he’s getting very insecure.
And yes the red tampon bulldog is indeed the one to blame for this incident. He’s been pestering Suha way too long since childhood.
