Though it's an intetesing theory, I doubt it. Why man's voice isn't the same as Senku.
The reason why the voice from the moon sound's like Senku because when he petrified Ibara, he use the phone. That's why the why man know Senku's voice and made a synthetic sound to match Senku's voice.
I have it in the back of my mind that why man is senku's father because he has the same voice as senku and they never reveal his biological father's face... I don't know anymore!!!
