Forgotten title

The story is either shounen ai or yaoi I forgot, but all i remember is the main character is with two of his childhood friends and one of his friend - a girl told him she has a lover and was going to hang out with him. The main character is shocked and sad, so he enters a resturant or cafe with his other childhood friend and tells him he likes. In which the main character whom was oblivious to his feelings till his childhood friend told him.
