I checked raws at bookwalker, and I tried to roughtly translate it, so here it goes...
ML avoids fl, because she was dishonest with him, she is devastated that she hurted him, during that time otaku bastard always shows up to comfort her, but when he tries to aproach her romantically, she refuzes.
She speak with ml, they cry they hug, and it's simingly ok between them, but ml is still not sure about her feelings, after heated conversation SHE asks HIM to break up with her (she didn't even had decency to do it herself)
They separate and she runs to otaku bastard.
In epilogue we can see that ml moves out, and he is saying goodbye to his sister in front of the house, there is truck with his things, and fl and him look at each other, she is crying buckets and he smiles, the end.
Ultimate slap to the face from author, thank God it's not fully translated, so we didn't wasted our time to read all chapters of this shitshow.
This is really F up manga, seriously, it was cute at the beggining, but few chapter later it became so damn toxic, full or manopulation, cheating and lies.

I'm not sure, I remember one other couple, girl was with nice and tall dude, but she cheated on him with some 4 eyed guy, later she left tall guy and went to glasses-kun, it's straight up ntr...
Seriously this manga is so twisted and toxic omfg, shoujo manga shouldn't be like that, I hate titles that starts nice and cute, but then become some twisted nightmare that lefts bad teste in your mouth.
