I've noticed that some of the novel chapters are just blurbs (like 1-3 to paragraphs) and they call it a chapter, but there are others that are long as heck, and they write every detail (like I don't need to know the color and texture of that one pen the character has in the back of their desk).
It is an art form being able to write something and say nothing atvthe same time for over 200 chapters.
So many novel adaptations, some that just seem to go on and on with no real purpose or end game. I don't remember what half of these are about anymore
