Uhhhhhh

I think her little brother's always been sickly. His new living conditions and healthcare should get him back on his feet and working, though I don't know what he'll do, since he doesn't really affect the plot [in the early half of the novel]. (Dunno what happens later, but I'm hoping we get a line or two saying that brother has an actual life that doesn't depend on the FL supporting him monetarily.)
