Well it's a typical story where seme is a foreigner and uke is Japanese. I can't remember the story well since its probably been years since I read it.
I believe its yaoi. Obviously since Ive been reading yaoi for years now and putting shoujo away.
The memory of a certain boy in a kingdom. He went to the seer to see his other half. Everyone was shocked by the result. Apparently his half is a man but he insist on meeting him or something. I only remember he went to see the seer and everyone is shocked. He grew up and went to search for him i think.
