the blonde is def gonna be chosen as queen, as said before the queen will choose among them who will inherit, even if red hair is the daughter of the previous queen. however, the goal of the current queen is to pass down the crown and make the inheritor give it up. of course, please don't take this as a fact, i merely gave my assumption.
