Sorry I felt it wasn’t necessary to add ‘I like the story besides that though’ because I thought that was ascertainable by the fact that I’m reading and commenting. But here you go, dear: I like the story besides that though.
I was actually really pleasantly surprised when the first antagonist type was introduced but then didn’t turn out to be a real antagonist, but then author decided to go with this cliche anyway for some reason.
Why do Korean authors always have to pepper in this dumb drama? It’s not enjoyable. I always start losing interest at this point like we all know what’s gonna happen and it’s just frustrating to waste so much time reading about a character you’re intended to hate. They’re rarely even a catalyst for change, it’s just cheesy and monotonous ( ̄∇ ̄")
