Lmao yeah, or at least I think so, hence I mentioned shock therapy, because apparently that's what they used to do back then (many patients died because of it...), to put it blatantly, it's a place where they confine mentally ill people, or as they call them "crazy people" and basically experiment on them with different "traitements"..
