I don't know why so many think the step mom and Cirrus are in a romantic relationship or something like that. Based on asian/korean culture, it is looked down upon for a woman to be in a relationship with a guy who already has a family. Divorce or remarrying is quite a taboo subject in asian cultures that most do not get a divorce even if they're unhappy. In fact, Cirrus revealing to her "friends" that he's her step son ruins her reputation bc either she is having an affair with a married man or dating someone who was married before. Besides that, korean society is not open to homosexual relationships so Cirrus bringing Skylar around and announcing that further shames her and ruins her reputation. Buuut I could be wrong, and she does lust after him.
