Find an obscure manga?

Okay, I'm going to ask for a very obscure manga. I only remember one line, and I really want to read it again. I apologize for asking for so much, but here goes:

"Oh no! He doesn't have a pulse!"
"That's his foot!"

Yep, that's it. That's all I know. I think it's a shoujo manga. Probably fantasy? If you find it, thanks, if not, that's okay.
