As far as I know, they died together, well maybe not at the same time but he is dead. Which is the reason her grave was not disclosed to the public, cuz chrono's body was entombed alongside hers. cuz like judgingfrom his appearance on the last chapter he's looking all human who's foot is in the grave. Practically a mummy with all those bandages.

I mean... they could have disclosed where her grave was, just not mentioned that Chrono’s was there as well. Still like to think they got a little more time together before they passed on.
Did Chrono and Rosette die together at the end. when she had her attack and the fact that Chrono had the watch which was placed near the memory photo place. And there wasn't an extra bouquet for Rosette from Chrono. Also when she was on the 'train' she said he wasn't there and that why she went back... so maybe they went on the 'train' together this time and he's buried with her...
