yeah it's really hard to find something good to read especially if it's josei, it's like authors are too lazy to write some actual tension that's not creepy, so they just use the common tropes (like non con drunk sex, stupid FL, controlling and creepy ML, coercion, misogyny). i just want to read something without feeling guilty or let down....
i'll rec you some josei i liked, i hope you'll like them too!
-sasaki, ore wa amakunai kara na. (boss/employee)
-honnou switch (childhood friends)
-mangaka to yakuza (there is coercion in this but it's a classic ig and i thought the story was ok)
-tada no renai nanka de kikkonai -kojirase joushi to fechina buka- (chief/employee, i really like the FL in this)
i hope you like these, i hope there aren't anything triggering in them. i can rec bl too if you read bl.

I completely get where you're coming from. It's like there's simply not enough authors who respect their readers enough to create a good manga, manhwa ect for them. You know it's bad when this manhwa is one of the best I've ever read ಥ‿ಥ because at least they know their relationship is toxic ಥ‿ಥ
Oh my. You're my savior. I owe you my life and my mental health. Thank you so soooo much!♡(ӦvӦ。)
I can read anything as long as that's not pedophile or toxic to a unbearable degree :) it'll be perfect if you could recommend me some yuri/shoujo ai too.
is moved by a mere coat moments after saying her heart will remain untouched or whatever... ok lmao.
the guy rly didn't have to be that rude at all when revealing his plan. choose your tropes and characterize accordingly maybe? it's obvious that they knew each other beforehand and he loves her, why make him a genuine asshole? why would he speak like that with her when acting more gentlemanly would certainly be more beneficial, also he loves her? he wouldn't say that? do i have to leave my brain behind everytime i read something on mangago...
