Yeah I also hated that part so much. But the only reason I’m letting it slide to an extent, is because the man rode all the way back day AND night. So him being high key stressed and unable to rationalize properly is understandable. Still unacceptable, but understandable. But if he ever tells her to shut her mouth when he is not under days and nights of stress and exhaustion, that’s when I’m really bent on never letting that be forgiven. Because while he may not know what she’s been through specifically, he should know that he should be gentle. ANYWAYS. Author needs to spoil us more because it’s been painful to read almost 10 chapters without Riftan.
