He's not technically using ho-in cause ho-in is the one who voluntarily wanted to help him to move on. You can't really fully blame chunwoo when ho-in himself knew what he got himself into. This story line is a bit more complicated so you'll have to understand each one of them. I would say, ho-in definitely will play a big role in really helping chunwoo to get out of this mess and have a fresh start, which of course, will slowly develops their own relationship! with this kind of slow burn, im sure it will be so worth it in the end..
