There are two manhuas if you don‘t mind Slowburn and no smut. They’re called Who‘s Baby is it and Deliverance of Counterattack. Can honestly recommend all the manga, the first two manhwa are some of my favorite ever and Invite A Wolf is literally so cute and the translator is just the best.

Honestly Who’s Baby Is It is sooo good! Very cute, nice characters, pretty art and RouRou is one of the prettiest babies I’ve ever seen! And it also tackles some issues like finding a job and explaining where their mother is to your kid.
