My opinion

Idk why people care so much of the art style that much it’s still good, I also see people talking about the promo and how it looks much better, well please remember that it was meant to promote the novel so of course it looks good to attract readers eyes, also keep in mind that they have might have a set up time on when they post their chapters and the art needs to fit the time that, that chapter has to fit, and if you only read it for the art style then I think(my opinion) that your not really there for the author’s story which tbh it’s kinda sad cuz imagine you sell a novel that you want people to read but only gets it because the cover was beautiful and don’t really read then what’s the point of the story if you’re not gonna read it and to me that’s kinda sad.

I totally get what you're saying but there's a big difference in a book cover for a novel and a cover/promo for a webcomic.
Yes, there are a lot of people who pick up books based on their cover but their next judgement is based off the expectation of a good story. With a webcomic however, it's expected that reader's will have both quality art and story. That's literally what a webcomic is, we're coming here expecting a good story in addition to art. In combination with the very, very, very common plot, it's really not worth reading further. If the artist isn't able to create quality chapters in their given time frame, it'd be best to hire a different artist.
The sad thing is, this is a common occurrence with manhwas nowadays because they've become so popular, very similar with the low quality, dime-a-dozen animes we have now. It's being mass produced simply to get publishers more money and these new, inexperienced artists are being hired because they're not asking for much money and there's more of them than there are experienced artists with well-developed styles that are able to work with a storywriter to adapt or create a plot. It's a whole thing and I can't really describe it well but I think it's a terrible thing to encourage this type of thing because it's preventing more quality artists/storywriters from creating and getting attention for their own works and encouraging this type of business model.
Obviously, it's good to encourage beginning artists, but I believe they should have enough responsibility and respect toward their audience to actually create something of quality, as opposed to weekly chapters for the cash.
