I didn't understand this too

when he was 19 he had a strange "dream" about the tooth and a "weird guy" - who was zhen hao - and when he woke up that one guy was dead but im pretty sure that dream was when he turned into his 19 yo self so it wasnt really a dream but he remembered it as a dream - i hope that makes sense, thats just how i interpreted it

but also idrk so dont take my word for it :P
