it does not look like it.. at least to me.. she's still meeting her mother mainly becoz she feeling guility.. when things did not work out with his father, her mother still accepted her.. koreans has strong family bonds.. even with domestic violence.. authorities wont make any action unless the victim would come forward and personally report the act of violence.. otherwise it would only be treated as strict disciplinary method or something..

You mean Eunbi feels guilty? About what...? Guilty enough to marry someone she doesn't love because her abusive mother said so?

when she and her mom had a fight, she left her mom.. she asked to live with her father... however, things did not work out well with his dad also.. so she returnednto her mom's place.. where she was able to live until adulthood.. i guess if youre a kid and you have no one else to turn to.. youll somehow build loyalty to whoever extended a helping hand.. even if it means she had to suck in all the abuse her mom would throw at her ..

That wasn't just having a fight...that was one way physical and psychological violence...anyway her parents should be the one feeling guilty. Her mom didn't give her a helping hand, it's her duty. They are trash.
There has to be something more to why she is like that towards her mom, I guess we'll just wait and see

Perhaps, after some more mistreatment she just gave up and went with the flow, got all collaborative, so just not to go through things again. I think it is a pretty common behavior for violence victims.

She's an adult now...and being collaborative doesn't mean you gotta marry some guy that doesn't even swing your way

Being an adult doesn't automatically heal you from all the traumas and make you mature. If her pattern of thinking/rationale was affected, then she may think she made the best possible choice.
And the fact her fiancee swings another way is more of an advantage to her.
Of course, there may be some other reason for her behaviour that wasn't het shown, but i think it's more of a psychological wall.

Lol, you call that lucky? Did you follow her string of thoughts? She and her fiancé will have disciplined children with good appearances 'cause that's what her mother wants and her fiancé would be with some other guy while she with Da Jeon. Oh! And Da Jeon will be perfectly okay with all of it. Right? Well that's messed up, that's not trauma
I know what trauma is, I'm living in it.
My doubts and questions will be cleared as the story naturally unfolds, I trust the author with that

I didn't call it lucky, i just stated that in her opinion it is an advantage, as he won't demand intimacy.
Traumas can be vastly different, it's not like there is some rigid template. I believe, some do change person's perception of normality drastically. The common example is those families with one parent abusing their partner and children, while said partner literally does nothing to prevent that out of fear and other complicated feelings. People are often weak, that's how it is. Traumas don't excuse such behaviour, especially when it harms other people, but they explain it.
I just hope the author unfolds it in an interesting and believable way.
