I think everyone that is speaking about rape and sexual assault is missing the big point... IT IS FICTION!
We don't know what happened after they woke up so you shouldn't label it.
Clearly, some of you don't understand that people have their opinions and you can't argue with them.

MY THEORIES/OPINIONS is that the seme gave the uke kisses on his neck then stop. Put on clean clothes and tucked him to bed. When the uke wakes up and see them he would talk about it to him. OR, in many mangas I read that contains something I call "drunk consent", when a person begs another person for sex and they may or may not remember it the next day. The uke might have gave the seme a " drunk consent" after the kisses the seme left on his neck. And the next day he remembers it but acts like nothing happened, but still want and explanation between him and the woman.
Please remember this is my theories and opinions. And also remember it is fiction.
