These assults and all really depends upon the situation and how people react upon them, if mumu was done something by other dude than i would consider it assult cause there is no way mumu would ever agree to do anything with him, but here its a little punishment for ignoring his husbands warning. if mumu was really angry in the verge of breaking relationship, or their relationship was really not in the situation of repair, or if mumu was sick and the husband just wanted to satisfy himself without caring for mumu and the guy had done something then I would consider it assult.
