Okay so basically there’s mikasa visiting erens grave over the years, some say she’s with the man she’s now married to and had a kid with. Then there’s the panel showing old lady mikasa lying in the grave so she died. The little boy is there to show history kinda of repeating itself.
Despite the fact that they got rid of the destructive titans, they introduced a new weapon that destroyed things. The boy (to me) will probably be the Eren of the new generation (once again showing history repeating). Some say he might be the grandchild of Mikasa because their hair is similar. Basically the end is to really show that people never learn from the past and people will always be destructive no matter how many times it happens in history to teach them not to be. Hope that clears things up, let me know if it didn’t.
okay so basically the Attack Titan can send memories back and Eren was able to gain full control over that power because of having someone with royal blood by him (hence Eren seeing those memories when he was kissing historian hand). When he was sleeping under the tree and said he had a dream, that was his future self sending memories to him, but he didn’t remember because he hadn’t inherited the titan yet. When Grisha killed the royal family Eren once again sent memories back and kinda “communicated” through paths to influence him to continue on and kill them. When Grisha was talking to Kruger and Kruger mentioned Armin and Mikasa and said “hm who’s memories could this be” it was future Eren once again influencing the past inheritors actions. Basically future Eren is able to influence the past people’s actions with the Attack Titan. Let me know if you have more questions :)
I personally don’t think that theory is true seeing as there was no hint in the manga for it to be a possibility. Also Ymir was in Paths (which is the afterlife that separates titans and regular people) and I don’t think Paths allows them to be reborn. While Eren did destroy titans and the Paths, my personally opinion is that since Ymir died before her spirit didn’t go to a different afterlife and instead just ceased to exist. I think the theory that she got reincarnated as Historia’s baby is cool, but I don’t think it’s true. I could see Historia naming her baby Ymir though, as an ode to Ymir and Ymir Fritz because they both made such a big impact in her life.
i wish my brain could comprehend what this means i’m too dumb for aot
