In the first ending Tachibana died early and in the other not.

I like both... the one in which he dies early just confirm the words "we will die, soon or later, we must live in our way".
But why are the two different and which one is in the tankobon?
To all confused by epilogues, this is what scanlator said:
"This chapter contains 2 epilogues. The magazine and tankobon had different versions of the epilogue, and normally, the changes are so slight that I’m not bothered by it, but this one I felt like I had to include both. Choose your own ending."
