Yeah, but they'd need to have some knowledge of space first plus he's mastered the space element pretty decently that I'm sure he'd go unexposed, but he never showed her that he could use it to tear space.
Homie could have just tore open a space and left even if it did cause suspicion it could be said that he left on an urgent message from his "master"
