Yeah it is rape. Not all of the times were, but when he fucked jooin while he was blackout drunk, thinking he was in a dream, that was rape. It doesn’t matter if jooin liked it or not that was still rape. Also if Jooin liked the way Yahwi treated him then he would still be with him. I’m glad yahwis starting to regret his decisions, but he still doesn’t see that his mentality is fucked.
