I don't think that isayama have told us about this, but if you look closely, you can know both of them are mikasa and Jean, and for the child, I just randomly said its mikasa's grand grandchildren cause she had mikasa's scarf (I'm sorry if I make you hope, that's just my thoughts and theory, I'm terribly sorry)
