Well, I'm pretty sure they're talking about private loans by some shady businesses. As far as I know they have insanely high interest rates to get and keep control over people that don't have many other possibilities to get money.
I know everyone is talking about the murder but I cant help noticing....300% interest rate??? Like 300% !!! Is that possible in real life?
