THANKS SM FOR SAYING THE FACTS, ppl needs to know this. Ppl are behaving like its smut or they've never fell for someone when they were teenagers. Give the characters a break, Let them have their own way to each other. It's not like they're doing something that they're not supposed to do or is bad. Everyone's judging so early and badly. And it's so cute, the art, the characters, their interactions. I don't know how they can just only criticise this, and not praise at all.

This is simply two innocent kids falling for eachother. There is no red lights at all so why make it up in your own head. Like, you are making up stuff that doesn't exist simply cause you don't like the age difference and are imposing your own morals onto book characters who have done nothing wrong.
Has he thought about her inappropriately? Sexualized her? Touched her in a sexually inappropriate way? No. The boy himself is 17-18. Just cause he has reached that age betwene adulthood and adolescent doesn't means he immediatrly becomes an adult overnight. He himself is still growing to be an adult, changing, and developing.
