exactly. showing a character commit murder is fine, but romanticizing it as a character quirk or just a little plot device to show that the mc can "tame" him is just wrong on so many different levels. the loss of human lives isn't quirky or "oh well thats just how he is", its unjust and shouldn't be normalized in media like this. i know there's shitloads of problematic content out there, but personally i dropped this as soon as i saw that this manhwa wasn't going to address the big glaring red lights honk honk motherfucker problem. hes a toxic possessive child, and everyone else is either pitifully helpless or straight up dumb.

I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the “taming” trope either. If there was some sort of abuse pr neglect i would have understood better but his was just a character flaw. I found the whole” only the fl can do this or that to him” annoying at first but i just got used to it because of how romanticized it is.
I love how cute their relationship is, but the fact that they're glossing over the eunuchs he killed without reason isn't cool. I don't mind psycho leads/characters at all(I actually prefer them), but I hate when they mention it and just move on. Like, you can't just add that sort of red flag and not address it with another plot device. It seemed more like a comedic thing than an important plot detail hinting at his mental state.
