he didn't repent though! he comes back in time knowing what will happen in the future. and this is why he stop himself from being trash this time, it's not like he gets what he did is wrong. he even admits he turns a blind eye to the abuse of the FL and didn't give a shit.
I can forgive him but i find him to be a very boring and pathetic ML who has failed to be any way endearing for the majority of this series. A Likeable ML would have stood up for her sooner or come up with some way to get her revenge or save her from that situation or even just communicate with her and show some compassion. He's just been an ass. It dosn't take any kind of heroics or special character to realize neglecting your wife to death was an oopsie. He is doing the bare minimum here and I'm not going to give him a cookie for doing what most decent people would do.
Wow yall really aren't forgiving , we are all human here we can't be perfect, I just think that we all need a second chance. The way you guys are thinking is like saying somebody who did a hurtful crime can't repent and go to church and become holy, it's like saying a criminal stays a criminal. We can't change what we do in life, but we can certainly make them better and repent for it, sometimes I make mistakes and hurt people, but I think the lesson is that you have to learn from your mistakes, and that's what the ml is trying to do now, so can we all be a little more forgiving.(⌒▽⌒)
