I'm sorry I didn't get the ending please can someone explain it to me?

i think while shes dying from her injuries, shes imagining the life she could've had with her daughter, but the last panel snaps back to reality, showing her blood and glasses, indicating shes dead

well the last page kinda indicated shes dead, I think if she was just reminiscing about the past it would've just ended there, the author wouldn't have made that last page, I think that's why there's an alternate ending because that one is happy while this one is not

No she uses all of the drugs in one go and overdoses. She could’ve died from blood lost/injuries but this wasn’t the case since she took the drugs. The imagination she saw at the end were while she was high. Which further reaches out to her smiling when she died (since that imagination of hers was a warm life she wanted).
