its a "secret" so i dont think the people "ignored" it. Although, maybe some people who were involved probably were against it?? but they couldn't do anything bc its the emperor's order. they tried to make that sword experiment bc i think if it works, that sword will be very powerful and it will probably be beneficial in wars. but still, they fucking killed people for a sword and whats worse, if it does work, it doesn't really "kill" the person. because charlize was awake that whole 400 years. i cant even imagine going through that.
