help :(

There's this yaoi that i can't find. The story is:
The seme and the uke are living together. The seme gets bored of the relationship and breaks up with the uke saying that the could still be friends and roommates. The uke agrees. The seme starts hooking up with girls and bringing them home and making the uke hurt and sad. So the uke brings home a guy to hook up with which leaves the seme jealous and sad. In the end i think the seme begs the uke to take him back.
